Terrestrial laser scanning is an innovative technology for measuring 3D surfaces c using modern equipment - 3D laser scanner.

Unlike geodetic and other traditional coordinate measurements, this method makes it possible to create a complete digital model of the surrounding space by representing it as an array of points, each of which has its own spatial coordinates

The 3D model obtained thanks to this methodology fully corresponds to the original and allows to carry out design and engineering works with correct and maximally accurate information

When designing an advertising structure, we produce:
- assessment of risks of climatic effects on produced equipment;
-  calculations of strength characteristics to minimize risks

Designing is carried out in modern program complexes, which allows to perform the tasks promptly, qualitatively and with maximum accuracy in accordance with the technical task of the customer.

All products are accompanied by the design office at every stage, from approval by the customer to production and installation of the finished product at the facilities.

Installation of our equipment is carried out by our own installation teams, represented throughout the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan

All assembly crews are regularly trained and certified at our own pilot production facility to familiarize themselves with all technical details of the new products.

This training and the initial assembly of complex elements, together with the designers, on the factory premises, ensures correct and precise assembly on site

MANUFACTURING

The total area of production shops located on several sites is more than 20 thousand square meters. The production shops are equipped with modern CNC equipment and unique working field sizes. The machines and equipment are operated by a team of highly qualified workers

The following technological processes play a decisive role in the production of advertising structures:

• Laser and plasma cutting of sheet metals;
• Cutting, cutting and engraving of sheet plastic and aluminum on milling and engraving machines;
• Thermovacuum molding of plastics;
• Bending on CNC sheet bending presses;

Vizotek's logistics department, every day transports and delivers finished products to customer sites. Our cargoes travel/fly/swim in various directions from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, from Vorkuta to Simferopol throughout Russia. Also, in the countries of the Commonwealth: Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan.

The logistics department takes into account all the requirements necessary for quality transportation and does everything possible to deliver the finished product by the specified deadline.

Visotec provides services on maintenance and regulation maintenance, which is aimed at preserving and restoring the technical characteristics of advertising equipment to ensure its performance and aesthetic appearance for the entire life of the equipment.

Service maintenance is carried out in different formats - from one-time events to regular work over a long period of time.

Routine work refers to preventive maintenance, which is aimed at preventing premature wear and tear, preventing emergency incidents and failures, and keeping the equipment in constant readiness for operation.
